About DVD: Yeah it is true that all the copy protection is really stupid and absurd, but but I think that there are definitely work arounds (in the days when floppies tried for copy protection the crackers eventually truimphed, and I am quite certain that the industry's obstinate ways toward the user will fail.) And because of this, QV will never be able to play DVD in a time to come.

Now on issues similar to the subject, are there any know DOS webcam software (that just captures video) through the parallel port? I think I might have seen a very basic video signal receving software.
