So he did not know it - so what? Nobody is perfect.

Nor have I claimed this. But I am sure the SDK contains this
infomation.

In particular since the use of debug registers is known to crash some
programs.

Probably as an extension of DR-32, since vitualization needs a Virtual
Monitor.
